How do I calculate the freight shipping costs of what I buy?
It's simple, we offer competitive Australia wide freight shipping services ( Star Track Express or Direct Express ) for all of our products. Simply enter in your shipping address details with your postcode, your preferred form of freight and our site automatically calculates the costs and timeframes for you.
As Australia's fastest growing wholesaler of contract furniture, we continually re-negotiate with our shipping suppliers to secure highly competitive national freight rates. The more we grow, the lower our rates will go, and these savings will be directed back to you.
Are goods insured in transit?
If you are arranging your transport through EZFurn, your goods will be insured in transit door to door.
If you wish to arrange you own transport, EZFurn recommends your freight provider supplies you the appropriate insurance.
If I order goods that are 'on order', how do I know when it will arrive?
We will send you an alert advising you when the 'on order' goods have arrived at our warehouse so you can arrange your preferred freight.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Dispatches occur daily excluding weekends and all public holidays.

Depending on your preferred shipping service, the following guideline delivery times are expected:
